Below you can see a full overview of benefits we have, intend to enhance or newly introduce, as well as when to expect it. Our goal is not to have the best benefits (although we certainly want to compete with other start- and scaleups) — it’s to create the most purposeful set of benefits.

Keep in mind that:

• We aim to design benefits packages that are broadly ‘equal’ for all employee groups.
• But creating 100% equal benefits is neither possible nor desirable/relevant in some locations.
