Hiring people from other countries is pretty challenging, but here's how our approach to remote hires:
Here we've got our entities from which we can hire employees.
We can hire you as an independent contractor Agreement. (We don't like the term contractors because we view and treat them the same as our employees.) Even if you're not legally an employee, we do our best to provide you with a very similar experience and also offer paid vacation, paid sick leave, WFH Stipend budget etc. Contractors are hired via our UK entity. As a contractor, you have to take care of your own taxes, health insurance, etc and are paid in either GBP or EUR.
