Most interviews will be conducted remotely, and we wanted to provide you with some helpful tips and best practices for our virtual experience.

• A computer/laptop is highly recommended

Adthena Interview Pro Tips:

• Video on. We want to best replicate an in-person interview experience, and put a face to the name!
• Getting ready? You’ll find that our interview process is conversational and casual in nature. Before your virtual interviews, choose a quiet area to minimise distractions, test all your equipment, such as your audio and video settings, and have a glass of water handy!
• Do your homework. At Adthena, people come first. We encourage our future Adthenians to learn more about our mission, values, and our Adthena story.
• Keep your answers clear and concise. Try the STAR interview response strategy. It stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result and is especially helpful for answering those situational-based questions we focus on.
• Be Yourself. We want you to be your authentic self when you interview with us. Dress in what makes you feel comfortable. When in doubt, ask your recruiter.
• Be curious. Ask questions and demonstrate genuine curiosity. Is there anything we can tell you about to help you determine if the role, team, and company are the best opportunity for you?
