💌 How does it work / who is eligible?

If you know someone who could be a fit for one of our open roles, refer them to Josh M (our Talent lead). If your referral gets hired + passes probation = successful referral — you get a bonus.

If you don’t see an open role that fits your referral’s experience, but you think that they could be a fit for the company — don’t hesitate to let the Talent team know.

Most of our open roles are public on https://www.adthena.com/company/careers/

You are *not* eligible for the referral scheme if:

• You are a (hiring) manager or leader hiring a role for your own team.
• The hire is not on a full-time basis.
• You are a member of the Talent team (unless in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the P&T team director).

🎁 What will I get?

• £2000 (or USD/AUD equivalent) basic referral bonus for hiring candidates for normal roles. More in our handbook about levels at Progression framework.
• £5000 (or USD/AUD equivalent) priority referral bonus for hiring priority candidates.
