Adthena permits temporary remote work abroad if you meet our ‘Key Expectations’ listed below. In short:
- Manager approval is required 2 weeks in advance.
- Be available during team-specific core hours set by your manager.
- Compulsory attendance for global events.
- Ensure internet and call quality.
- Make sure flexibility doesn’t compromise performance (#GetShitDone) & (#DeliverRemarkableQuality)
- Adhere to security protocols; business travel insurance covers approved trips only.
- Expenses covered by individuals.
Work Location
- Working abroad must be in a time zone that supports effective collaboration. More than 90 days abroad isn’t allowed due to tax and legal complexities.
